Description of Promotion

Lucky Spin – Highest Equalized Net Win Tournaments– Players must opt-in to tournaments and then wager on the specified game(s) within the promotional period to take part. The winning players will be determined by the highest equalized net win on a single spin. Winning players will be awarded according to that tournament’s ranks/prizes, which is denoted on the tournament’s page.

Tournament Mechanic:

Highest Equalized Net Win: The top players with the highest single spin equalized net win over multiple rounds will win a prize.
Tournament points are calculated as follows: (Win / Stake) X 100 = Points shown on the leaderboard.

Example:

- Round 1: Bet $2, Win $40 = 40 - 2 = 38 pts
- Round 2: Bet $40, Win $800 = 800 - 40 = 760 pts. This would count as your highest equivalized net win.

Promotion Period

Highest Equalized Net Win Tournaments will be available starting July 5th, 2023 12:00AM EST – onwards. Running on select days 12AM - 11:59PM EST.

Each tournaments promotion period can be found by going to the tournament hub page within the casino tab. Players can select & expand each respective tournament to view the promotional period.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this promotion, the player must be 21 years or older and physically be in the state of New Jersey. You must have registered for and obtained a valid and verified Unibet real-money account. Tournament opt-in and wagering on required games is necessary to enter. Only spin currency equivalent to $0.10 or more will be accepted as a qualifying spin. Unibet reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any tournament to a limited subset of players.

Action Required

Players must opt-in during the promotion period and then wager on the specified games for the chance to win one of the prizes. Failing to opt-in, will result in a reward not being awarded successfully. Only spin currency equivalent to $0.10 or more will be accepted as a qualifying spin.

Claiming Promotion Offer

Players will opt-in to a tournament. Once complete they will need to wager per the lucky spin mechanic on the specified game(s) within the promotion period.

Registration Procedures

There is no registration process.

Limitations on Participation

The offer can only be claimed once per week by a player, household, or IP address. Must opt-in and wager based on the required mechanic during the promotion period. Only real money bets will qualify for the promotion. Only spin currency equivalent to $0.10 or more will be accepted as a qualifying spin. Only activity on selected games will contribute toward the tournament. When two players share the same score, the prizes in the tournament will not be shared. In the case of a tie, the leading player will be decided by considering the total amount won during eligible gameplay and the number of rounds played. If Unibet reasonably suspects that a player has abused the promotion, Unibet reserves the right to disqualify the player from the promotion. Furthermore, Unibet reserves the right to restrict eligibility for any tournament to a limited subset of players.

Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Bonus funds: Players who win a tournament(s) must visit their bonus offers section to opt-in/claim their bonus winnings. Players who receive bonus funds must wager them (the “Wagering Requirement”) 1x amount of times on the sportsbook or casino. Players will have 7 days to satisfy the Wagering Requirements or the bonus funds and any connected winnings will expire. All table games/live dealer games will only contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. Video Poker is considered a table game and will also contribute 10% towards bonus wagering. For example, $100 wagered on Blackjack will only contribute $10 towards your bonus wagering.

Bonus Spins: Players who receive bonus spins must use them on the specified game. Any winnings from the bonus spins will be considered cash money and have no wagering requirement. Must be used within 7 days.

Cash prizes: Have no wagering requirements and are credited once the tournament finishes.

Bonus Bets: Players who receive Bonus Bets must wager them on a sports market. Once the bonus bet is awarded players have 7 days to use it. There is an odds requirement of -300 or greater (i.e -200, +100). Failing to do so will result in the expiration of the Bonus Bet. Bonus Bet amount is not included in returns. Be sure to check your bonus offers to claim the Bonus Bet(s) if you are unable to find it within the sportsbook lobby.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

If a player reaches a rewardable rank in a tournament, they will be given a reward based on that rank. Rewards must be used/wagered in accordance with the wagering requirement of each reward type.

Any bonus funds, Bonus Bets or bonus spins must be wagered according to their requirement to be withdrawn, whether that is the remaining balance or winnings.
